Great food brings people together. Join me this summer for a recipe festival in your own home – with the people you love the most.
Every week receive a delicious and healthy recipe guide with one breakfast, one lunch, one dinner and two snack recipes, featuring a different fruit each week.
The Seasonal Recipe Club is a fun way for us to celebrate and experience the bounty of each season.
The club also provides a wonderful opportunity to meet women who are interested in improving their well-being or simply looking for something easy, nutritious, tasty and new to create.
Why I did this
This summer I wanted to join with other women to experience maximum enjoyment and good health from eating foods in season.
So, I created The Seasonal Recipe Club to:
- Share my seasonal recipe booklets with you and my Feed Yourself Fully community
- Inspire you to take more pleasure from home cooking
- Provide ideas for you to make simple and easy meals to bring to your family table
Hi. My name is Barb Wickland. I’m a board-certified holistic health coach, a former certified personal trainer and the founder my own health and wellness company, Feed Yourself Fully, LLC. My passion for food and eating includes sharing delicious meals – made from whole, real foods – with my friends and family and women like you.

How does it work?
Membership is $20. Every Monday, for eight weeks, you receive a beautiful PDF Recipe Booklet, featuring the Fruit of the Week in One Breakfast, One Lunch, One Dinner and Two Snack Recipes. Each recipe includes a Shopping List, Ingredient List and Preparation Instructions.
The Recipe Booklet may include fun facts about the fruit and any other pertinent information.
You’ll receive an invitation to join our private FB group, where you may share your experiences, recipe modifications, your own creations and/or make new friends.
Due to the digital delivery of these PDF’s, there are absolutely no refunds for any reason whatsoever.
