Barb Wickland is a board-certified holistic health coach, mindset coach and a former certified personal trainer. Barb is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Barb describes her life as one of challenge, learning, curiosity and growth. She fills herself fully with time spent with family and friends, self-generated research and study projects, reading, yoga, pets, walking, writing for children, visits to the ocean, cycling, a love for new adventures and delicious food!
Hello. I’m Barb Wickland, your coach, confidant and champion in taking control of your health, your life and transforming your mind, body and spirit.

When I was young, I used to think how lucky athletes were to have a coach in their corner. I didn’t comprehend then that there were coaches for goals other than success in sports. My dream was to have a cadre of coaches all backing and inspiring me to get where I wanted to be.
And now, my education and cutting-edge training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, other studies and self-study have equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, preventive health and mindset to offer my support to you.

There are many different parts of life that affect our health as a whole. Our conversations will center on relationships, work, physical activity, spirituality, food – whatever is important to you and your life.
